Building Management
Enforcement of Declaration, By-laws, Rules and Regulations
Receiving, evaluating, communicating, scheduling, & completing requests.
Scheduling of cleaning and maintenance contractors
Hiring and Supervising Sub-contractors, Trades, and Site Employees
Maintain strong relationships with local contractors for quality and savings
Implementation of long-term maintenance and replacement plans for major components
Incident Reports, Site Inspections, Documentation and Follow-Up
24/7 Emergency hotline for after-hours maintenance issues

Administration, Communication and Correspondence
Collection of Common Element Fees and Rent
Banking & Reconciliation of Accounts
Processing & Follow up of Accounts Payable & Receivable
Preparation of Annual Budgets and Financial Statements
Submissions of Government Remittances
Maintain Corporation Registries and unit files and ensuring it is kept up-to-date
Ensure residents know and abide by the Declaration, By-laws, Rules and Regulations, and Condominium Act
Complete status certificates in compliance with the Condominium Act and Regulations
Prepare and distribute notices and Annual General Meeting packages for the Board of Directors
Attend all mandatory monthly and annual meetings
Secure & manage the corporate insurance policies
Produce compliant management reports (including agenda, minutes, reports, requests, work progress reports)
Communication with owners
Management of amenity bookings
